What is the delivery time?
Orders within the Netherlands are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. Different delivery times may apply outside the Netherlands. The estimated delivery time is stated with the respective item and during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. After shipment, a confirmation will be sent by email.

Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipment, a track & trace code will be sent by email.

To which countries do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. For certain items, shipping outside the EU is possible, including to Australia. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Within the Netherlands, letterbox packages are shipped from €2.95.

Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are possible within a certain number of days after receipt.

What are the return conditions?

Ik zie vergelijkbare producten bij grote webshops veel goedkoper. Waarom?

Vergelijkbaar betekent niet hetzelfde.

Veel grote webshops verkopen massaproducten die op elkaar lijken, vaak tegen zeer lage prijzen. Mijn items zijn daarentegen eigen ontwerpen en met zorg samengesteld. Ik kies daarnaast bewust voor materialen en afwerkingen die passen bij de kwaliteit die ik wil bieden.

Je betaalt dus niet alleen voor het product, maar ook voor een origineel ontwerp, creativiteit, selectie en de aandacht die achter iedere collectie zit.

Niet massaal hetzelfde, maar met aandacht iets eigens.
